1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on betfair, accessing the platform or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and betfair. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the betfair platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on betfair — including casino games, sports betting, poker, jackpot slots, Andar Bahar, Ludo, card games and any other games or features made available on the platform from time to time. By continuing to use betfair after any update to these terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised version.
2. Eligibility
To open and maintain a betfair account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. betfair applies strict age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Any winnings generated by a player found to be under 18 will be forfeited in full.
- You must be accessing betfair from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of betfair is lawful in your location.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or be subject to a voluntary or mandatory cooling-off period that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons acting under guardianship or legal incapacity are not eligible to hold a betfair account.
- Employees of betfair, its subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers and their immediate family members are not eligible to play for real money on betfair.
betfair reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. Accounts & Registration
Each individual may hold only one betfair account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or any other identity — is a serious violation of these terms. betfair actively monitors for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, payment method matching and other detection methods. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betfair will close all related accounts and forfeit all balances without notice.
3.1 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering on betfair. Your registered name, date of birth, national identification number and contact details must match your identity documents exactly. Providing false information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betfair login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. betfair will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password. betfair cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your login details.
3.3 Account Inactivity
A betfair account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. betfair may apply an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive accounts. You will receive email notification before any fee is applied. Logging in reactivates your account and halts the inactivity fee calculation immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
betfair processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Pakistani payment methods.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
betfair currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:
- Easypaisa – instant deposits and withdrawals
- JazzCash – instant deposits and withdrawals
- NayaPay – instant deposits and withdrawals
- SadaPay – instant deposits and withdrawals
- Bank IBFT – deposits credited within 30 minutes, withdrawals within 24 hours
- Visa / Mastercard (Pakistani bank-issued) – deposits instant, withdrawals within 3–5 business days
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on betfair is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, though betfair may apply transaction limits for security reasons. You may voluntarily set lower deposit limits through your account settings at any time — limits applied this way take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 48 hours as part of betfair's responsible gaming commitment.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
betfair targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on your account. betfair may request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000.
4.4 Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions
Initiating a chargeback on a betfair deposit while retaining a positive account balance constitutes fraud. betfair will immediately suspend accounts where chargebacks are detected, freeze the associated balance and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels. Any winnings generated between the deposit and chargeback detection will be voided.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
betfair offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, freeroll entries and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and free spin winnings credited to your betfair account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details — typically between 20× and 40×. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 25× wagering requirement must generate Rs 25,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash.
5.2 Game Contributions
Not all games on betfair contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets may contribute 0%–100% depending on odds. PSL live betting typically contributes 50%. 5.3 Bonus Expiry
All betfair bonuses carry an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit, as specified in each promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not wagered to completion within the expiry window will be removed from your account automatically without notice.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
betfair monitors bonus usage patterns. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures constitutes bonus abuse. betfair reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where abuse is confirmed.
6. Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games on betfair are subject to individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between general platform terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules take precedence for that specific game.
6.1 Minimum & Maximum Bets
Minimum bet amounts vary by game — slot spins start from Rs 5, sports bets from Rs 50, poker blinds from Rs 20/40. Maximum bet limits apply on certain markets and games as displayed within the game or market view. betfair reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual accounts where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicated activity.
6.2 Void Bets & Game Malfunctions
In the event of a software error, disconnection or game malfunction on betfair, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant player accounts. betfair will not honour payouts that result from a clearly erroneous displayed outcome caused by a technical fault. Where a game outcome is disputed, betfair's server logs constitute the definitive record.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
PSL and cricket betting markets on betfair are subject to standard cricket betting rules. Bets placed on matches that are abandoned or not completed to a minimum qualification threshold will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data delay will be voided. betfair's decisions on disputed sports betting outcomes are final.
7. Fair Play & Prohibited Acts
betfair is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:
- Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game on betfair.
- Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or currency to another player to transfer funds across accounts.
- Use of bots or automated software — using any program, script or tool to automate gameplay decisions or betting on betfair.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities — deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch or error in betfair's systems to gain an advantage. Any wins generated through exploitation will be voided.
- Identity fraud — registering on betfair using another person's identity or documentation.
- Money laundering — using betfair's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure to launder funds. betfair cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities on AML compliance.
- VPN or proxy circumvention — using a VPN, proxy or any technical method to mask your true geographic location on betfair.
betfair uses advanced anti-fraud and anti-collusion monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed and appropriate action taken. Players who believe they have been flagged in error may appeal through betfair's formal dispute process.
8. Responsible Gaming
betfair is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow you to manage your own play actively — deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are all available within your account settings.
If you set a deposit limit, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour reflection period before becoming active. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. During any self-exclusion period, betfair will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

9. Privacy & Data
betfair collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating a betfair account, you consent to betfair collecting and using your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
betfair does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. 10. Account Suspension & Closure
betfair reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The terms and conditions have been violated.
- The account holder is engaged in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
- The account holder has provided false registration information.
- The account holder is under 18 years of age.
- The account holder's continued use poses a risk to betfair, other players or third parties.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where closure is confirmed following a violation, betfair may forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the violation. Where closure results from betfair's own commercial decision unrelated to player conduct, any positive balance will be returned in full after standard identity verification.
11. Limitation of Liability
betfair provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While betfair makes every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and data integrity, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. betfair is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data errors, third-party payment delays or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betfair's total liability to any player arising from their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim. betfair accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.
12. Amendments to These Terms
betfair may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, betfair will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of betfair following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
